Yummy and Nutritious Menu Additions!

Broccoli. Red peppers. Hummus. Edamame. Chopped Romaine AND Spring Mix. Shredded carrots. A delicious hot entree every day of the week. Tasty and wholesome bread additions including – but not limited to – whole wheat wraps, wheat pitas and gluten-free Udi’s bread.

There’s a gluten-free lunch option every day, and gluten-free snacks offered in the mornings and afternoons.

On top of that, extended morning campers are treated to their choice of delicious cereals and breads for toasting and topping with flavorful condiments.

So it’s no surprise to us that the kids are eating it all up! And all of the healthy and delicious treats are helping to boost campers’ energy as they go from one exciting activity to the next during their fun-filled days at Beaver!
