Registration FAQs

How do I get to see the camp before registering?

We encourage families to come visit Beaver anytime during the year for a personal tour and conversation. Please contact the camp office at 617-738-2750 to arrange a convenient time or give us a call to discuss whether Beaver is the right match for your child. To view additional scheduled opportunities, select the “Visit Us” page of our website.

Where and how do I register for your summer camp programs?

To register for camp please, utilize our safe and secure online registration system.  The link is found on our website under the Registration Tab.  To register, select “Register Now.”  From there, follow the system prompts and select the programs for which you wish to register each child.  Once this is completed, you will receive an email confirming your registration. Registration is on a first come first served basis.

Do your programs fill?

Due to the popularity of our programs, many do fill early.  We encourage you to register as early as possible.

What if the session I want is full?

As soon as each program session reaches its maximum limit, we start a waitlist. Each session often fills at a different time, so please call the Camp Office to work through your family’s specific needs.

Do you maintain wait lists?

As many of our programs and sessions fill early, we do maintain wait lists.  If you have registered for a program or session that is full, you will be notified that your child has been placed on the wait list.  Should a spot become available, we would contact you to determine your interest.  If you are interested, we will enroll your child for that session.  There is no cost to be placed on the wait list.

What is the likelihood of getting into a program off of the wait list?

As many of our programs fill early, families do make changes in registrations.  Though we cannot guarantee that a spot will become available, we have found that some openings do become available as we near the start of camp.

Is financial aid available?

Beaver’s financial assistance is limited to children referred to us through Steps to Success and the Wildflower Camp Foundation. We do not provide direct financial assistance to families.
